Характеристика напрямів формування капітальних інвестицій для забезпечення ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу будівельних підприємств

Abstract

Метою дослідження є визначення напрямів формування капітальних інвестицій для забезпечення ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу (ІК) на будівельних підприємствах. Для досягнення поставленої мети вирішуються наступні завдання: провести аналіз стану та динаміки капітальних інвестицій у будівельній галузі; охарактеризувати структуру капітальних інвестицій; визначити напрями здійснення капітальних інвестицій у інтелелектуальний капітал. Доведено важливість зростання ефективності формування капітальних інвестицій для розвитку будівельних підприємств у контексті забезпечення реалізації шляхів підвищення інтелектуального капіталу. Виявлені неоднозначні тенденції у сфері використання капітальних інвестицій, що створює підгрунтя для зниження рівня ефективності формування елементів інтелектуального капіталу. Зокрема динаміка обсягу капітальних інвестицій у будівельній галузі протягом 2013 – 2015 рр. має хвилеподібний характер, де періоди падіння змінювались на зростання. Визначені значні зміни у структурі капітальних інвестицій у нематеріальні активи, що негативно впливає на розвиток інтелектуального капіталу і потребує здійснення антикризових дій. To determine directions of capital investment formation to ensure efficient use of intellectual capital in construction enterprises was the aim of the study. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were accomplished: to analyze the state and dynamics of capital investments in the construction industry; to characterize the structure of capital investments; to determine the direction of capital investment in intellectual capital. The importance of increasing the capital investments formation effectiveness for the construction enterprises development in the context of ensuring the realization of the intellectual capital increase was proved. Ambiguous trends in the capital investment area that creates conditions for reducing the efficiency level of intellectual capital formation were discovered. In particular, the dynamics of the volume of capital investments in the construction industry in 2013-2015 had an undulating character, where the periods of the fall changed to growth. Significant changes in the structure of capital investments in intangible assets were identified. They have a negative impact on the development of intellectual capital and require the implementation of the anti-crisis measures. The undulating trends of changes in capital investments in construction were characterized. Capital investments in intangible assets, that are the part of the countries intellectual capital, occupy a small specific share. This indicates a lag behind the development of developed economic systems. Reducing the attractiveness of the represented industry both in domestic and international economic relations has been due to the reduction of software and databases. The volume of investments in intangible assets for 2013 – 2015 has been increased. During the studied period, the increase in specific share of capital investment in intangible assets in their general structure increased in 1.6 times.
