Світовий досвід впровадження механізмів використання альтернативної енергетики

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню питання світового досвіду впровадження механізмів використання джерел альтернативної енергії. Досліджуються головні політичні та економічні заходи, які здійснюються урядами для широкого використання нетрадиційних джерел енергії в енергетичних сферах країн світу. Оцінюються масштаби поширення різноманітних механізмів застосування нетрадиційної енергетики у всьому світі та успішність їх реалізації. Також зазначаються найпопулярніші механізми використання альтернативної енергетики у всьому світі та ті механізми, які поки що залишаються недостатньо розповсюдженими. Здійснюється аналіз впровадження механізмів застосування джерел альтернативної енергії на сучасному етапі розвитку галузі нетрадиційної енергетики у світі. Considering the background of the modern world economy, comprehensive and pervasive extent of globalization, threatening the environment, research and study of the field of alternative energy sources are highly relevant and important. The continuous growth of energy demand in a gradual reduction of existing stocks of traditional energy resources leads to the fact that the governments of many states form and implement policies to attract alternative energy system management. Renewables are hydropower, geothermal energy, solar power, ocean energy, tidal, wind, bioenergy, and energy of pace and recycling energy. Currently, the share of alternative energy sources in world production is not significant, but the potential is several orders higher than the global consumption of energy resources. The use of renewable energy significantly improves the efficiency and security of energy supply, improves the social and economic standards. The use of unconventional energy plays an important role in the development of energy strategies, as well as providing a gradual reduction in imports of traditional energy sources and as a result, leads to a reduction of countries’ dependency on supplying energy. Thus, it can be concluded that in the modern development of humanity, technologies and extent of globalization, the sector of renewable energy due to its diversity and environmental performance is becoming more important for the world economy. One of the most essential components of the global economy, the energy market, is undergoing significant change and transformation over the last decades, in consequence of which the role of renewable energy has become more significant.
