| Abstract: | У статті викладено результати обстежень 135 дітей, які лікувалися в Обласній клінічній інфекційній лікарні, відділенні для дітей. Діагноз підтверджено позитивними результатами IgM та IgG в динаміці за допомогою ІФА у 100% дітей. В класичному описі клінічна картина корової інфекції характеризувалася загальними проявами інтоксикації: лихоманкою, слабкістю, дрібноплямистою висипкою, почервонінням кон’юнктив, кашлем, слизистими виділеннями з носа, що в нашому дослідження спостерігалося у 100% хворих обох груп. Виявлені вагомі зміни при цитологічному дослідженні слизової оболонки щоки – на місці розташування плям Філатова – Бельського – Копліка (патогномонічної ознаки корової інфекції). | Description: | In the article the results of surveys of 135 children who were treated in the regional clinical hospital ìnfekcìjnìj, Department for children. The diagnosis is confirmed by pozitivimi results of IgM and IgG in dynamics by means of ELISA in 100% of children. In the classical description of the clinical picture of measles infection was characterized by General displays intoxication: fever, weakness, drìbnoplâmistoû visipkoû, kon’ûnktiv redness, cough, slizistimi secretions from the nose, that in our study was observed in 100% of patients in both groups. Detected significant changes in the citologìčnomu study of the mucous membrane of the cheek-location spots Filatov – Bielsko-Koplìk (patognomonìčnoï signs of measles infection).
