Abstract

SUMMARY THE INFLUENCE OF COLD WATER PROCEDURES ON THE PARAMETERS OF ARTERIAL PRESSURE AND PULSE OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION DISEASE OF 1 AND 2 STAGE Dykiy B.V., Ploskina V.Yu., Bigori P.P. On the basis of this exploration and long supervision more than above 700 people which are engaged in bathing in cold water has shown ,that the application of a method with small cold loading results in slow decrease arterial pressure and pulse ( on this methods the patent is given : DYKIY B.V. A way of rehabilitation and improvement with the help of water procedures. № 2001054308 from 03.12.2001.). This process is displayed on two stages. First, is the winter period when the patients begin to be engaged by bathing in cold water, here there is an intensive decrease of pressure to signification fluctuation . At the second stage there is a long reduction of pressure to his small fluctuation near points: the winter sun solstice, spring equinox, summer sun solstice, autumn equinox and in points increase of danger illness which are in middle distance between the above mentioned points. The theoretical time for decrease of pressure up to 140 (millimeter mercury pole), calculation on date experiment makes 3 -4 years ,of practical supervision above the people which coincide in due curse 3- 5 years , are engaged on this methods in the town Mukachevo . This methods can be recommended for mass introduction which the purposes of rehabilitation and improvement of the which hypertension illness 1 and 2 stages and also in practice of the family doctor.
