Психоемоційний стан хворих на хронічні дерматози (огляд літератури)

Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: наведені результати аналітичного огляду наукових публікацій свідчать про значимість змін психое- моційної сфери хворих на хронічні дерматози в виникненні даних захворювань, провокуванні рецидивів та вплив на ефективність лікування. Констатовано різноспрямоване трактування характеру змін психоемоційного стану хворих на хронічні дерматози, відсутність чітких критеріїв оцінки глибини та спрямування виникаючих порушень психое- моційної сфери пацієнтів. Це створює значні труднощі при комплексній оцінці впливу захворювання на якість життя пацієнта та виборі раціональної тактики лікувального втручання.

The indicated results of the analytical review of the scientific publications testify to a significance of changes of psychoemotional sphere of patients with chronic dermatoses in origin of the given diseases, in provoke of relapses and influence on efficiency of treatment. It was established the many-sided interpretation of character of changes of psycho-emotional status of the patients with chronic dermatoses, absence of accurate criteria of an estimate of depth and direction of appearing changes of psycho-emotional sphere of the patients. It creates considerable difficulties at a complex estimate of influence of disease on quality of life of the patient and choice of rational tactics of medical interference.
