Розвиток наукової думки про право на доступ до енергетичних послуг

Abstract

Стаття присвячена формуванню наукових підходів до розуміння права на доступ до енергетичних послуг як права людини. Зокрема, у статті аналізуються праці дослідників, документи міжнародних організацій з піднятої про- блематики. За результатами проведеного дослідження автор висловлює власну думку щодо місця права на доступ до енергетичних послуг в системі прав людини. This article is devoted to the generation of the scientific approaches to the understanding of the Right to Access to Energetic Services as a Human Right. In particular, the research works and the documents of international organizations are analyzed in the article. On the basis of this research the author proposes her own opinion regarding the place of the Right to Access to Energetic Services in the system of Human Rights.
