Окремі аспекти державного управління у галузі вітчизняного лісокористування

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз загальних аспектів державного управління у галузі лісокористування, виявлено його основні складові. Сформульовано найсуттєвіші недоліки, притаманні даній сфері суспільних відносин та визначено основний зміст державного управління у досліджуваній галузі. Зазначено основні завдання державного регулю- вання та управління у сфері лісових відносин, окреслено організацію державного управління у зазначеній галузі. Ключові слова: державне управління, лісокористування, управління у сфері лісових відносин, охорона лісу, раціональне використання та захист лісу.

It was made the analysis of general aspects of state administration in industry of forest using, was found its basic constructions in the article. There have been formulated the most substantial defects inherent to this sphere of public relations and determined a basic content of state administration in the investigated industry. The basic tasks of government control and managements in the sphere of forest relations have been made by organization of state administration in the marked industry.
