На шляху до акмеологічного розвитку суддівського професіоналізму в адміністративному процесі України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню особливостей суддівського професіоналізму в адміністративному процесі України на шляху його акмеологічного розвитку. Автором приділено увагу співвідношенню ресурсних можливостей людини та вимог професії судді адміністративного суду. Окремо характеризуються показники стану мотиваційної сфери діяльності судді. Звертається особлива увага на акмеологічну концепцію професіоналізму та з’ясовуються характе- ристики професійно-психологічної стійкості суддів. The article studies the peculiarities of a judge’s professionalism in the administrative process in Ukraine on the way to its acmeological development. The author attends to the correlation of resource abilities of a human being and the demands of the profession of a judge in the administrative court. The article offers separate characteristics of the state of a judge’s motivational sphere. The author pays special attention to acmeological conception of professionalism and reveals the characteristics of professional psychological stableness of judges. The researcher proves that the basis of psychological analysis of the professional activity of a judge in administrative court is the acmeological conception of technological innovation. The author exposes the primary and secondary processes in the sphere of administrative legal procedure. The article gives a detailed examination of the essence of a judge’s mental self-regulation which consists in the ability to control his/her own actions and states. The author analyses methodological approaches in studying the theory of the professional activity of a judge in the administrative court; the researcher concludes that these approaches differ substantially from contemporary demands of administrative and delictual conduct.
