Аналіз поняття " Державно–церковні відносини"

Abstract

Досліджуються головні складові поняття «державно-церковні відносини». Зазначено, що відносини між державою та церквою мають характер суспільних і міжінституційних, оскільки поняття «відносини» виражає сукупність багатоманітних зв’язків, які виникають між суб’єктами соціальної взаємодії та водночас характеризують державно-суспільну взаємодію як цілісність. Звертається увага на те, що поняття «державно-церковні відносини» ще не набуло статусу правової норми ні в міжнародному, ні у вітчизняному законодавстві. Саме така невизначеність призводить до однобічних його інтерпретацій та негативно впливає на характер відносин між державою й церквою. Зазначається, що аналіз поняття «державно-церковні відносини» дозволяє зробити висновок, що такі відносини є важливою складовою як внутрішньої, так і зовнішньої політики, а також безпосередньо формують міжнародний імідж країни. We study the main components of the concept of “state-church relations”. It is noted that the relationship between the state and the church have the character of public and inter-institutional, as the concept of “relationships” expresses the totality of the diverse relations that arise between the subjects of social interaction and simultaneously characterize public-public cooperation as integrity. Attention is drawn to the fact that the concept of “state-church relations” has not yet received the status of a legal norm of any international or in the domestic legislation. Such uncertainty leads to one-sided interpretations and its negative impact on the nature of the relationship between state and church. It is noted that the analysis of the concept of “state-church relations” leads to the conclusion that such relations are an important part of both domestic and foreign policy, as well as directly form the country’s international image.
