Стан організаційно-інфраструктурного забезпечення зміцнення інноваційно-технологічного потенціалу економіки

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано стан розвитку елементів інноваційної інфраструктури в Україні. Досліджено основні програми формування інноваційної інфраструктури та тенденції, що призвели до недосформованості, нефункціональності та недостатнього розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури. Визначено основні проблеми, які перешкоджають ефективному формуванню та розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури в Україні. Запропоновано ключові заходи посилення інфраструктурного забезпечення інноваційно-технологічного розвитку національної економіки. Доведено, що важливими завданнями державного регулювання інноваційного процесу залишаються упорядкування діяльності наявних об’єктів інноваційної інфраструктури та координація процесів створення і розвитку нових установ, їх організаційне та методичне забезпечення. The condition of elements of the innovation infrastructure development in Ukraine is analyzed in the article. The basic program for the formation of innovation infrastructure and the trends that have led to not complete formation, dysfunction and lack of development of the innovative infrastructure are investigated. It is summarized, that development of innovative infrastructure is not defined as a separate problem in government programs and their actions aimed at creating only a separate innovation structures. The main problems which counteract an efficient formation and development of innovation infrastructure in Ukraine are identified. The key measures of enhance infrastructural support of innovation and technological development of the national economy are proposed. It is proved that the important tasks of state regulation of the innovation process is to put the activities of existing facilities of innovation infrastructure and coordination of the processes of creation and development of new institutions, their organizational and methodological support.
