Роялті як інструмент залучення інвестицій в інноваційний розвиток аграрного підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні підходи до визначення поняття «роялті». Проаналізовано досвід європейських країн у сфері використання об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності. Надано оцінку селекційній галузі України, виділено можливий потенціал залучення роялті науковими установами. Наведено динаміку грошових надходжень у вигляді роялті по системі наукових установ НААН України. Вдосконалено методику контролю збору роялті з боку ліцензіара. Ключові слова: інтелектуальна власність, сорт рослин, ліцензійний договір, роялті, паушальний платіж.

The article deals with the main approaches to the definition of the concept of "royalty". The experience of European countries in the field of the use of intellectual property rights objects is analyzed. The estimation of the breeding industry of Ukraine is given, indicators of the attraction of royalties are given and the potential attraction of such funds by the scientific institutions is highlighted. The dynamics of cash receipts in the form of royalties in the system of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is presented. The method of monitoring the collection of royalties by the licensor has been improved. Key words: intellectual property, plant variety, license agreement, royalty, lump payment.
