| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано союзи чоловіка і жінки у Стародавньому Римі. Розглянуто види таких союзів, причини існування конкубінату і контуберніуму. З’ясовано природу цих інститутів, умови їх виникнення і припинення, а також правові наслідки, що вони породжували. Ключові слова: шлюб, позашлюбні дозволені союзи, конкубінат, контуберніум. The article analyses the union of men and women in Ancient Rome. It examines the types of such unions, the reasons for the existence of concubinatus and contubernium. It explains the nature of these institutions, the conditions of their emergence and termination, as well as the legal consequences of what they produced. Key words: marriage, extramarital legal unions, concubinatus, contubernium. |
