Abstract

Біотипування стафілококів, продуцентів ентеротоксинів. — В. І. Петросова, К. О. Петросов, М. В. Ніколайчук-Малеш. — Проведено біотипування 1967 штамів Staphylococcus різного походження, в тому числі 891 Staphylococcus epidermidis, з метою визначення основних тестів ентеротоксигенності. Показано високий корелятивний зв’язок теллуритредуктази та фосфатази з здатністю до синтезу ентеротоксинів різних серотипі .Ентеротоксигенні характеристики були виявлені як серед штамів Staphylococcus aureus, так і серед ізолятів Staphylococcus epidermidis. Enterogenic staphylococci biotyping. — V. I. Petrosova, К. О. Petrosov, M. V. Nikolaychuk-Malesh. — The correlating links of 1967 stamms (including 891 Staphylococcus epidermites) enterotoxigenic activity has been investigated. The analysis of the findings obtained during our further series of experiments made it pissible to establish the presence of high (level) biological activity of enterotoxigenity with thermonucleases, the product of aceton and fibrinolytic activity. As to gealorunidase and lacitinase activity we have not noticed any high level of the coincidence both in enterotoxigenic and noneenterotoxigenic cultures (56.43 and 59.84 % respectively). It should be noted that these experiments aimed at selecting a readily reconstructable scheme of identification of S. aureus and S. epidermitis and finding out the indirect criteria of extertoxigenity definition according to the results of biotyping.
