| Abstract: | Phase equilibria in the TlInSe–Tl4P2Se6 quasibinary system was studied by the classical methods of physical-chemical analysis. It is shown that it’s characterized by the eutectic type of interaction (eutectic point coordinates are 776 K, 70 mol.% Tl4P2Se6). In the system formed limited solid solutions based on initial ternary compounds. Analysis of the crystal structure of the TlInSe2 and low-Tl4P2Se6 compounds was conducted. |
