Міжнародно-правові аспекти принципу мирного співіснування держав: історія та сучасність

Abstract

У статті досліджуються міжнародно-правові аспекти принципу мирного співіснування держав, а також аналізуються контроверсійні політичні і правові оцінки щодо юридичної кваліфікації цього принципу. Автор обґрунтовує положення про те, що ленінська доктрина принципумирного співіснування на практиці і в теорії правомірно не отримала визнання de-jure статусу універсального та імперативного принципу сучасного міжнародного права. The main thesis research are the international legal aspects of the peaceful coexistance priciple and also controversial political and legal estimation concerning legal qualifi cation of mentioned priciple. The author proves that the Leninist principle of peacefool co-existence of the doctrine on practice and in theory has not been lawfully recognized de-jure status of the universal and mandatory principle of modern international law.
