Abstract

Дана публікація присвячена питанню правового статусу Європейського Союзу. Починаючи з 50-х років ХХ століття Європейський Союз був утворений як міждержавне інтеграційне об’єднання, що було покликане забезпечувати певні інтереси декількох європейських країн. На сьогоднішній день постає актуальне питання: чим являється дане утворення – державою чи міжнародною організацією. У публікації співставлено основні ознаки держави з Європейським Союзом, що вносить значну новизну та приводить до цікавих пізнавальних висновків. Стаття стане у пригоді широкому загалові читачів, насамперед студентам, аспірантам, усім, хто цікавиться питанням правового статусу Європейського Союзу. This paper is devoted to the question of the legal status of the European Union. Since the 50s of the twentieth century, the European Union was created as interstate integration associations that were intended to provide specifi c interests of several European countries. To date, there is a pressing question: what is given to education - state or international organization. The publication mapping the main features of the state of the European Union, which brings considerable novelty and leads to interesting cognitive conclusions. Article will be useful to a wider audience, especially students, to all those interested in the legal status of the European Union.
