Конституційний процес в Україні: окремі аспекти

Abstract

Розкриваються основні поняття державної політики та її складових частин. Приділено увагу співвідношенню змісту державної політики й змісту конституції. Аналізуються можливі шляхи розвитку принципів державної політики, виходячи з основних положень конституції. Ключові слова: політико-правовий аналіз, зміст конституції, структура конституції.

The basic concepts of a state policy and its components are opened. The attention is given to a parity of the maintenance of a state policy and the maintenance of the constitution. Possible ways of development of principles of a state policy are analyzed, proceeding from substantive provisions of the constitution.
