| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовані права іноземців в України в політичній сфері та їх особливості порівняно з політичними правами громадян України. На підставі проведеного дослідження автором визначений обсяг політичних прав іноземців в Україні та їх закріплення в законодавстві України.

The article analyzes rights of foreigners in Ukraine in political sphere and their feature compared with the political rights of citizens of Ukraine. On the basis of the conducted research the author defi ned the volume of the political rights of foreigners in Ukraine and their fastening in the legislation of Ukraine.
