Наукову статтю присвячено принципам правового регулювання бюджетної системи України. Висвітлено вихідні ідеї, основні, найбільш загальні та керівні положення, які в сукупності визначають вихідні позиції для правового регулювання суспільних відносин у сфері бюджетної системи України. The scientifi c article is aimed at opening the principles of legal regulation of the budgetary system of Ukraine. In the article it is revealed the initial ideas, the basic and most common and guiding thesis, which all together determine the primary positions for the legal regulation of social relations in the sphere of native budgetary system.
