Abstract

The measures of belonging are considered, i,e. quantitative characteristics of quantitative analysis (identification) of nuclide and element composition of substance using activation methods. Apparatus gamma spectra (AGS) of irradiated sample are interpreted as a certain experimental text (ET), while an array of gamma-active nuclide (GAN) lines possible for this sample – as a certain model word (MW). MW location in ET could be estimated by quantitative values – length, height, distance – that are the measures of belonging of this MW to ET. The use of the proposed measures of belonging for determination of Ba in samples of Muzhievo polymetal deposit.
