| Abstract: | The design for a condison acylation by ketene and its homologues in the vapour-phase of amines‚ alcohols‚ carboxylic acids and new chemіcal reactor which can be used in chemical industry. It provides a continuous process‚ maximum conversion of acylation products. The reactor consists of a container with two connections for the rеaction components‚ an atomizer for vapour- and gas-like omponents‚ a shirt with coolant‚ and a siphon for the withdrawal of the reaction products. The acylation by keten ad its homologues іn the vapour-gas phas of amines‚ alkohols‚ carboxylic acids has a number of advantages – the reaction is quich and the conversion rate of the appropriate cjmponents is 60–80%. |
