Abstract:	The aim of this work was study the content of heavy metals in the soils of Uzhhorod area. It was picked out 35 samples of soils and was determined using atom-emission spectroscopy the content of heavy metals, such as Cu, Pb, Cd, Ni, Zn, Mn. It was defined that the content of Zn, Cd, Mn are stays at the safety level. The contents of Cu, Pb, Cd in the soil exceeds of mission level.
