| Abstract: | Using the method of chemical transport reactions the optimal conditions of synthesis and growing of the flaky crystals of the compounds CuInP2S6,CuCrP2S6 and their solid solutions CuInxCr1-xP2S6 have been elaborated. The determination of the main composition of the received simple crystals CuInP2S6, CuCrP2S6 and CuInxCr1-xP2S6 has been carried on by the quantitative analyses of containing elements. The results of chemical analyses showed that composition didn’t differ from the composition of the initial charge. It has been observed however a small shift of the total contain of the grown crystals in the regard to Indium and Sulfur. |
