| Abstract: | Optimal conditions of synthesis and growth of ferroelectric crystals of CuInP2S6, CuInP2Se6 and CuInP2(S1-xSex)6 solid solutions have been elaborated using chemical transport reactions and Bridgeman methods. Determination of main composition of received single crystals CuInP2S6, CuInP2Se6 and CuInP2(S1-xSex)6 has been carried on by quantitative analyses of constituent elements. The results of chemical analyses of these crystals showed that their composition does not differ essentially from the composition of the starting mixture although small deviation of amounts of Copper and Selenium in received crystals has been observed. |
