| Abstract: | Solid solutions on the basis of intermediate compounds formed in the AI,III–BVI–CVII ternary systems is described. Limited solid solution for the Tl5BVI 2CVII and AI 2TeBr6 type ternary compounds have been found to be formed after the mechanisms of transformation and subtraction, for Tl6BVICVII 4 and AI 2TeI6 type – for transformation and doping. |
