| Abstract: | By vapour transport reactions method single crystals of solid solutions in Cu7SiS5I – Cu7GeS5I system suitable for and electrochemical examinations were obtained. The stationary potentials are explored and are taken off voltammetric characteristics of the performance Cu7SiS5I – Cu7GeS5I solid solution electrodes in copper containing solutions of different concentration. It is shown, that the area of electrochemical stability of Cu7SiS5I and Cu7GeS5I sets at replacement of silicon on germanium decreases, that is explained by diminution to ionic and magnification of a covalently - metal making chemical bond in chalcogalides of copper with argyrodite structure. |
