Вивчення ад’ювантних властивостей гіалуронату натрію на прикладі отримання діагностичних сироваток до бактерій роду Klebsiella

Abstract

The use of natrium hyaluronate as an adjuvant in rabbits’ immunization with corpuscular antigens Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis, Klebsiella ozaenae and their bacterial fractions resulted in obtaining more active anteclesileous serum than in case of applying Freund’s adjuvant. Out of all studied clebsiel antigens – corpuscular, desoxiribonucleoproteide and proteinpolysaccharide complexes– serums with the highest titres in the reaction of complement binding and the reaction of indirect hemagglutination were obtained in applying the protein polysaccharide complex.. РЕЗЮМЕ: в умовах імунізації тварин сироватки з найбільш високими титрами в реакції непрямої гемаглютинації і реакції зв’язування комплементу були отримані при застосуванні білково-полісахаридного комплексу клебсієл пневмонії, ріносклероми та озени.
