«Менші» члени князівської адміністрації кінця ІХ – початку ХІІ ст. (крізь призму Руської Правди)

Abstract

Автор намагається відокремити «менших» членів в органах політико-адміністративного управління періоду Київської Русі кінця ІХ – початку ХІІ століть. Джерела не дають підстави стверджувати, що до початку ХІІ століття воєвода, тисяцький, соцький, десяцький були саме адміністративними посадами. Особливістю адміністрації князя було те, що, по-перше, вся повнота влади належала князю, а, по-друге, структура і функції адміністрації не були постійними.

In article the author has tried to separate «smaller» (lower of the posadnyk) bodies of the political-administrational management in the Kievan Rus’ of the end of the 9 th – to the beginning of the 12 th centuries from the persons, which only potentially could become these bodies in case of acceptance them on an administrative service. Such allocation has enabled to find out base structure and connecting with its basic functions of prince’s administration. Nine administrative posts were selected. The sources do not give the bases to assert, that to the beginning of the 12 th century voyevoda, tysyatskiy, sotskiy, desyatskiy were administrative posts. Feature of prince’s administration was that its, first, wholly depend on prince, and, secondly, its structure and the function was not constant.
