| Abstract: | The reaction between 3-cyclohexenylmagnesiumhaloides and dialkylaminoaceton in one stage is stereospecific and results in formation of 1-dialkiloamino-2-(2'-cyclohexen)-il-2-propanols that can be explained by action of intermolecular H-bond OH…N. The possible conformation are discussed. In comparison with Gilman’s method the yield of aminocarbinols is 14-26 % higher and the synthesis duration is 3-4 times reduced. |
