Анемія у хворих на хелікобактеріоз: самостійна хвороба чи супутній синдром?

Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: у статті наводиться аналіз результатів власних досліджень, які проводились із метою визначення рівня інфікованості Helicobacter pylori у хворих на анемію, а також для встановлення взаємозв'язку та імовірного механізму впливу даної інфекції на ферростатус вивчених пацієнтів. Дослідження проводилось у два етапи, загальна кількість обстежених становила 123 осіб. З дослідження виключалися пацієнти з хворобами, які безпосередньо чи опосередковано можуть призводити до розвитку анемічного синдрому. Встановлена вікова залежність виникнення анемій у НР-інфікованих осіб, причому виявлена анемія у тематичних хворих визнана не залізодефіцитною.

The analysis of results of own researches which was conducted with the purpose of determination of level of infected of Helicobacter pylori for patients with anaemia is pointed in the article, and also for determination of взаємозв”язку and credible mechanism of influencing of this infection on ferrostatus of the explored patients. Research was conducted in the ІІ stages, common amount of inspected made 123 persons. From research patients with illnesses, which directly or mediated can result in development of anaemic syndrome, were eliminated. Age-old dependence of origin of anaemias is set for the infected НРpersons, found out anaemia for thematic patients acknowledged not iron-deficiency. In working as authors possible explanations are examined in relation to the got conformities to the law of results researches the most credible from which is consider polimorbidnity.
