Індексна оцінка стану пародонту у хворих на опікову хворобу

Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: в статті розглянуто стан пародонту за результатами індексної оцінки в залежності від віку хворого та періоду опікової хвороби. Представлено деякі аспекти патогенезу захворювань пародонту: роль місцевих факторів та структурно-функціональних порушень кісткової тканини скелету в розвитку генералізованого пародонтиту. Встановлена залежність структури альвеолярної кістки від функціонального стану кісткової системи, що посилює тяжкість перебігу захворювань пародонту.

In the article "Index estimation of the state of paradontium at patients with ambustial illness" the state of paradontium is considered on the results of index estimation depending on age of patient and period of ambustial illness. Some aspects of pathogeny of diseases of paradontium are represented: role of local factors and structurally-functional violations of bone fabric to the skeleton in development of generalisation parodontitis. Set dependence of structure of alveolar bone on the functional state of the bone system, that strengthens weight of motion of diseases of paradontium.
