| Abstract: | The alloys of quazibinary system ZnS-P2S5 are synthesized by means of a two-temperature method of synthesis. The phase diagram is constructed from data of DTA and X-ray diffraction analysis. The zinc orthothiophosphate is formed at 846±5 К. It crystalizes in tetragonal symmetry with the lattice parameters a=7.82469(6), c=9.05025(10) Å. The temperature dependence of dielectric permeability is meаsured on a single crystal of Zn3P2S8. The Raman spectrum of Zn3P2S8 has been recorded. |
