Професійна самосвідомість та конструювання образу професії у майбутніх лікарів

Abstract

В статті з’ясовані особливості формування професійної самосвідомості майбутніх лікарів у процесі підготовки їх у медичному ВНЗ, проаналізовано результати експериментальної перевірки їх ефективності. Розкрито зміст методики психолого-педагогічної підтримки розвитку особистісної зрілості студентів медичного ВНЗ. На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічних джерел визначено чинники, що впливають на професійне самовизначення майбутніх лікарів на етапі їх навчання у вищому навчальному закладі. Розкрито зміст використання методики незавершених речень, актуальних уявлень студентів про свою майбутню професію за допомогою методики «Асоціативний ореол професії» Є. Климова. Ключові слова: самовизначення, професійне самовизначення, професійна самосвідомість, підготовка майбутніх лікарів.

In the article features of formation of professional self-consciousness of future doctors are considered in the process of their preparation in medical higher educational institution, the results of experimental verification of their effectiveness are analyzed. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources that affect the professional self-awareness of future doctors in the process of their education in higher education. The analysis of the results obtained using the method of unfinished sentences helped to reveal not only the students' perceptions of their professional future, but also emotions, and their personal and value attitude towards him. In the article it is shown that during the study of students at the institute there are some positive tendencies in the development of their professional self-awareness: the volume and level of adequacy of professional representations increases, self-evaluation of professional qualities rises. At the same time, the professional self-awareness of most students is at an average level and is not sufficiently related to the specifics of future activities. For many students, typical deformations of professional self-consciousness: diffuse I-concept, inadequate understanding of the level of development in their professionally important qualities, inadequately overstated or underestimated professional selfesteem, uncertainty of professional plans.
