Морально-вольові якості особистості як суттєва детермінанта формування "навичок ХХІ століття"

Abstract

У статті розгянуто морально-вольові якості особистості у контексті формування „навичок ХХІ століття”. Показано їх складний, синтетичний характер. Представлено самостійність й ініціативність; цілеспрямованість й самовладання; дисциплінованість і організованість як морально-вольові якості особистості, що детермінують формування „навичок ХХІ століття”, які є необхідною умовою досягнення успішності в житті особистості початку третього тисячоліття. Представлено трьохблочну структуру „навичок ХХІ століття”, що містить навички навчання й новаторства; навички в галузі інформації, засобів зв’язку й технологій; життєві, професійні й кар’єрні навички. Ключові слова: воля, морально-вольові якості особистості, „навички ХХІ століття”, самостійність, ініціативність, цілеспрямованість, самовладання, дисциплінованість, організованість.

In the article moral and volitional qualities of a personality are considered in the context of the “skills of the XXI century” formation. The complex, synthetic character of a personality’s moral and volitional qualities of is shown. The expediency of such a scientific position is proved, since the real volitional behavior of a person is determined by a combination of volitional and moral qualities. Represented are independence (submission of one’s behavior to his or her own beliefs and the ability to carry out actions and deeds independently that presupposes perseverance, persistence in overcoming difficulties), and initiativity (initiation, desire to assume responsibility for the proposed affair); purposefulness (conscious intention of a person to achieve a certain goal) and self-control (a synthetic volitional characteristic, containing endurance, courage and, partially, determination as volitional qualities associated with the suppression of negative emotions, which cause unwanted inducements for the person); discipline (observance of the routine order, sustainability, having a “moral tinge”, and reflects a person’s attitude to the generally accepted norms of behavior) and organized nature (the ability of a person to plan his actions and deeds, the ability to follow these plans in activities, in behavior) as moral and volitional qualities of a personality which determine the formation of the “skills of the XXI century”, which are a prerequisite for the achievement of success in a personality’s life at the beginning of the third millennium.
