Сутність поняття стратегічної компетентності в сучасній лінгводидактиці

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність поняття стратегічної компетентності. Дається загальна характеристика. Подано підходи до аналізу та класифікації комунікативних стратегій. Визначено основні підходи до формування стратегічної компетентності. Обґрунтовано необхідність володіння зазначеною компетенцією. Стратегічну компетентність по трактовано як здатність компенсувати у процесі спілкування недостатність знання мови, а також мовленнєвого і соціального досвіду спілкування іноземною мовою. Обґрунтовано, що формування стратегічної компетентності носить циклічний характер. The essence of the concept of strategic competence is considered in the article. A general description is given. The necessity of possessing the specified competence is substantiated. The approaches to the analysis and classification of communicative strategies have been presented. Thus, linguists distinguish two approaches to the analysis and classification of communicative strategies: linguistic (interactive) and cognitive. The basic approaches to formation of strategic competence have been determined. Educational strategies for studying foreign languages are divided into: 1) second language learning strategies and 2) second language use strategies. It has been grounded that the communicative and pragmatic approach, as well as the compensatory approach cover mostly productive types of speech activity. The content, stages, principles, methods, techniques of their learning have been identified. The system of exercises in certain types of speech activity has been presented.
