Інформаційно-педагогічний менеджмент вищої школи: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

У публікації висвітлено основні аспекти проблеми становлення та реалізації інформаційно-педагогічного менеджменту вищої школи. Крім того, розкрито сутність таких важливих соціально-педагогічних понять як «менеджмент», «педагогічний менеджмент», «інформаційний менеджмент», «інформаційно-педагогічний менеджмент» та обумовлено їх взаємозв’язки. У статті доведено актуальність проблеми пошуку найоптимальніших шляхів управління сучасною системою вищої освіти. Наголошено на можливості розв’язання значної кількості завдань з теорії і практики управління інформаційними потоками в сучасному виші через реалізацію інформаційно-педагогічного менеджменту у вищій школі, а також визначено шляхи та напрями подальшого дослідження окресленої проблеми. This publication is devoted to the problem of the study of informational and pedagogical management of higher education as one of the means of increasing the efficiency of the process of managing the system of higher education in general. The article emphasizes the importance of changes in the direction of the state and social system, as well as the necessity of accumulation of world practice in management experience at the organization level, which is expressed in the general concept of «management». The publication contains the results of the analysis of recent studies of domestic and foreign scientists who have been engaged and continue to explore the above-mentioned issue. The scientific article has proved the relevance of the identified problem by monitoring the achievements of scholars and pedagogues who sought to find the most optimal ways of managing the education system, as well as the current trends in the information and pedagogical community. In addition, the publication highlights some of the main aspects related to the study of pedagogical management in the context of personnel management and in the direction of management of higher education on the basis of information and communication technologies.
