Характеристика соціальних ролей та функцій соціального педагога

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури щодо соціально-педагогічної діяльності соціального педагога. Охарактеризовані загальні якості соціального педагога, такі як високий професіоналізм, доброта, доброзичливість, чуйність, комунікабельність, уміння правильно зрозуміти людину. Визначені провідні функції соціально-педагогічної роботи та розкрито зміст соціальних ролей соціального педагога, які змінюються у процесі практичної діяльності залежно від ситуації та характеру проблеми. Ключові слова: соціальний педагог, підготовка, соціальна роль, функції соціального педагога.

The article deals with theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature concerning the social pedagogical activity of a social teacher. Taking into account the importance of professional activity, the article outlines the general qualities of a social teacher, such as high professionalism, kindness, goodwill, responsiveness, communicability, and the ability to correctly understand a person. The content of the roles of a social pedagogue, which changes in the process of practical activity depending on the situation and the nature of the problem, is disclosed. The main functions of the social pedagogical work of the social pedagogue are defined: analytical and diagnostic, prognostic, organizational and communicative, corrective, coordination and organizational, function of social and pedagogical support and assistance to pupils, protective and protective, psychotherapeutic, social and preventive, rehabilitation.
