Теоретичні основи виховної роботи з майбутніми педагогами вищої школи у вищому навчальному закладі

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні основи виховної роботи з майбутніми педагогами вищої школи у виші; проаналізовано поняття виховання у широкому розумінні та у вузькому педагогічному значенні, виховна діяльність, майбутній педагог вищої школи; проаналізовано основні напрямки та зміст діяльності вищого навчального закладу як виховної системи; розглянуто систему виховної роботи у вищій школі; виділено основні завдання виховної роботи з майбутніми педагогами вищої школи у виші. Ключові слова: вищий навчальний заклад; майбутній педагог вищої школи, виховна робота, сучасна система освіти, виховна система.

The article deals with the theoretical basis of educational work with future higher education teachers in higher education; the notion of education in its broadest sense and in a more narrow sense, educational activities, educational work system, future higher education teachers are analysed; the main directions and content of activity of higher educational institution as an educational system are analysed; the system of educational work in higher education is considered; The main tasks of educational work with future higher education teachers in higher education are highlighted. The reorganisation of the educational process in higher education is an important and complex task the solution to which requires, on the one hand, the search and bringing into practice new forms and methods of organization of the educational process, but on the other hand, the activation of traditional kinds of activity and preservation of achievements of the past.
