Особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю у вищих навчальних закладах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю; проаналізовано освітньо-кваліфікаційну характеристику майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю; визначено основні вимоги, які висувають сьогодні роботодавці до професійної підготовки майбутніх економістів. Автор зазначає, що економіст нового типу має належно представляти країну на міжнародному рівні й захищати її інтереси в межах міжнародного співробітництва, тому його діяльність передбачає інтенсивне усне і писемне спілкування, широку мовленнєву практику, потребує точного вираження понять. Відтак, першочерговим завданням вищого навчального закладу є підготовка майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю з вільним володінням іноземною мовою. The analysis of the qualification characteristic of future economists gave author the opportunity to find out the main requirements for their competencies, which are reflected in the list of professional functions. According to theprimary positions that an economist can hire, he must be prepared to perform the following functions:− analytical, due to the ability to solve such tasks as the economic analysis of the enterprise and its divisions, analysis of resources, diagnostics of the competitive environment of the enterprise, etc.; − planning (preparation of data and development of the plans of production (business plans) of the enterprise, study on the development of new types of products, new technology, advanced technology, development of technical and economic standards and planning- settlement prices, etc.);− organizational and methodological (organization and improvement of internal economic calculation at the enterprise); − control (control over the correctness of calculations of the economic efficiency of the introduction of new technology, scientific organization of labor,); − accounting and statistical (preparation of periodic statistical reporting, accounting for implementation of production plans); − information (preparation of information at the request of management). It has been stressed that the work of an economist demands intensive oral and written communication, involves a broad language practice, needs high level of foreign language learning.
