Комплексна соціально-психологічна робота над продуктивним психічним розвитком дітей-сиріт

Abstract

Розглянуто психологічну допомогу дітям з порушеннями у розвитку як складну систему психолого-реабілітаційних впливів, спрямованих на підвищення соціальної активності, розвиток самостійності, зміцнення соціальної позиції особистості дитини, формування системи ціннісних установок та орієнтацій, розвиток інтелектуальних процесів, які відповідають психічним і фізичним можливостям дитини. Важливе значення має вирішення часткових завдань: ліквідація вторинних особистісних реакцій на присутній психічний або фізичний дефект, неадекватний стиль сімейного (інтернатного) виховання, госпіталізм та ін. Ключові слова: комплексний супровід, дитячі будинки сімейного типу (ДБСТ), прийомні сім’ї, корекція розвитку, затримки в психічному розвитку.

In our time, the problem of children-orphans in Ukraine is really important. Traditional institutions where orphans and children deprived of parental care held, changes by progressive forms of maintenance to foster families and family-type orphanages. Orphans and children deprived of parental care need special care, as owerwhelming majority of them have serious problems with mental, physical development and social adaptation. Orphans of boarding schools, who came to family-type orphanages and foster families need effective psychological, medical and educational supporting. This help can be provided in process by effective functioning social-psychological services. In boarding schools for children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, different types of psychological support are used: individual consultance, group work, psychocorrection and psychotherapy. The programme of psychological support of personal qualities formation of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care has been developed and approbated, allowing to improve the communicative abilities of adolescents, to increase confidence, to reduce anxiety, to form the responsible attitude to their intellectual development, to develop the ability to feel happy.
