Філософія полікультурної освіти майбутніх фахівців на засадах формування педагогічної майстерності

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні питання сутності полікультурної освіти. Проведено паралелі в розумінні полікультурності освіти та її філософії в контексті формування педагогічної майстерності. Узагальнено, що відображенням світоглядних проектів, тобто певних моделей ставлення людини до освіти, що відбивається на вихідних цілях і завданнях навчання й виховання, є філософія освіти. Означено, що в процесі формування педагогічної майстерності майбутнього вчителя доцільно брати за основу узагальнене філософське розуміння у тлумаченнях поняття «майстерність» в контексті полікультурності освіти. Проаналізовано сутність педагогічної майстерності в контексті історичного підходу та рефлексії культурою. The article deals with theoretical problems of the essence of multicultural education. Generelizing the understanding of multicultural education by scientists, we agree with the opinion of researchers who interpret this phenomenon as a special type of thinking based on the ideas of freedom, justice, equality; educational reform aimed at transforming traditional educational systems in such a way that they are in line with the interests, educational needs, and opportunities of students regardless of racial, ethnic, linguistic, social, gender, religious, cultural affiliation; an interdisciplinary process that permeates the content of all disciplines of the curriculum, rather than individual courses, methods and strategies of learning, the relationship between all participants in the educational environment; the process of bringing students to the wealth of world culture through the consistent acquisition of knowledge about the native and national community, the ability of students and students to critically analyze any information to avoid false conclusions, as well as the formation of a tolerant attitude to cultural differences − the qualities necessary for life in a multicultural world.
