Сучасні траєкторії розвитку педагогічної освіти

Abstract

В статті розглядається проблеми розвитку педагогічної освіти. Підкреслюється, що педагогічна освіта є єдина освітня сфера, яка працює на самоосвіту, її самовідновлення, формуючи стратегічний ресурс – кадри. Виявлено тенденції розвитку сучасної вищої школи, в тому числі й педагогічної: транскордонності, політизації, інституціоналізації, створення потенціалу суспільної корисності вищої освіти; збільшення контингенту студентів на основі розширення доступу до всіх рівнів вищої освіти, еволюціонування викладання й навчання, консолідація, перехід від концепції функціональної підготовки фахівця до концепції розвитку його особистості. Ключові слова: педагогічна освіта, сучасні підходи, освітня політика, удосконалення професійної підготовки.

The presented article focuses on the problems of pedagogical education development. It has been emphasized that pedagogical education is the only field that works on self-education, self-improvement, forming a strategic resource - personnel. It has been concluded that the modernization of pedagogical education envisages, first of all, special attention to the training of highly skilled pedagogical staff. Perspectives of pedagogical education are seen in the formation of approaches to the strategy, tactics and mechanisms of adaptation of the professional pedagogical education system to the economic, social and demographic situation in the country; in creating the modern mobile and flexible system of continuous vocational education that would include all levels of vocational education; enhancing the attractiveness and image of vocational training through opening prospects of continuing education and career growth to graduates.
