Навчально-методичне забезпечення змісту початкової освіти у школах Закарпаття (50-70 рр. ХХ ст.)

Abstract

Процес приєднання закарпатських земель до Радянської України зумовив перетворення в освітніх процесах. Особливо насиченими стали зміни, які стосувалися змісту освіти як головного компоненту освітніх процесів. Реформи змісту початкової освіти першого повоєнного десятиліття носили суперечливий характер, натомість наступні десятиліття характеризуються його стандартизацією: розробка та вдосконалення навчальних планів, програм, підручників, методичного забезпечення викладання навчальних предметів як для шкіл з українською/російською, так і для шкіл з угорською/румунською мовами навчання. The problem of improving of the content of education has always been under the special control of the Soviet state. The curricula, training programs, textbooks were constantly adjusted and updated. In the 1952-1953 academic year in the primary schools of the Ukrainian SSR new curricula were introduced. In these curricula new teaching subjects appeared such as "Foreign Language" and "Physical Education". It had increased more hours to study "Drawing" and "Singing". In 1953 the Order was issued "On measures to provide schools of the Ukrainian SSR educational and visual aids in 1953". This Order had regulated the minimum of visual means of study which schools should be provided with. It had provided the transition of the educational process to a higher, more qualitative level of training. The curricula and programs, on the basis of which there was training in schools, were approved by the Ministry of Education. At the same time, the Provision “About the Eight-Year School” (1960) granted the right to the regional department of education in agreement with the Ministry of Education to make the necessary changes to curricula and programs taking into account local conditions within the specified total number of hours for each class. The programs for studying the native language (Hungarian / Romanian) for the national schools of the Transcarpathia had formed on the local places.
