| Abstract: | Training algorithm for healthcare institutions to change the legal status for non-profit non-commercial enterprises is proposed. The algorithm of specified training is presented for the levels of health care institution, the institution owner and the population. The special features of preparing healthcare institutions for autonomy in terms of implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On State financial guarantees of medical care for the population” are also presented. |
