| Abstract: | Проаналізовано особливості розподілу повноважень у законодавчій сфері за різних моделей монархічної фор- ми правління з точки зору єдності (унітаризму) чи диверсифікації (плюралізму) законодавчої влади. Обґрунтовано тезу про те, що в одних країнах монарх виступає єдиним носієм законодавчої влади, здійснюючи її за допомогою сформованого ним дорадчого органу, у других реалізація повноважень законодавчого характеру здійснюється мо- нархом спільно з вищим представницьким органом, а в третіх участь глави держави в законодавчій галузі обмеж- ується завершальним етапом законодавчого процесу. Зроблено висновок, що за монархічної форми правління легіслатура може бути унітарною або плюралістичною. При цьому унітарна легіслатура притаманна абсолютним монархіям, а плюралістична – конституційним. Плюралістична легіслатура в дуалістичних монархіях є реальною, тоді як у парламентарних – фіктивною. | Description: | The separation of powers in the legislative field for different models of monarchic form of government in terms of unitarian or pluralistic legislature is analyzed. Justified by the idea that in some countries the monarch is the sole bearer of the legislature, carrying it with them formed a consultative body, in other implementations legislative powers carried out in conjunction with the monarch supreme representative body, and in the third part the head of state is limited to the final stage of the legislative process. Drawn attention to the fact that the diversification of the executive in a parliamentary monarchy is nothing but a legal fiction; In fact, the executive power is concentrated in the hands of the government. It is concluded that the legislature monarchical form of government may be unitary or pluralistic. In this unitary legislature inherent absolute monarchy, and pluralistic – constitutional. Pluralist legislature in the dual monarchy is real, whereas in parliamentary – fictitious.
