Орієнтаційна залежність ЯКР в InSe

Abstract

У шаруватій сполуці InSeспостерігаються складні спектри ЯКР (115), які обумовлені наявністю структурних дефектів - політипів. Кратне співвідношення середніх частот спектрів ЯКР, які відповідають чотирьом резонансним переходам квадрупольних ядер із спіном I = 9/2, підтверджує наявність у кристалічній структурі InSe аксіальної симетрії градієнта електричного поля на ядрах In. Проте орієнтаційна залежність інтенсивності спектрів ЯКР від кута між головною кристалічною віссю с і вектором високочастотного поля H1 указують на присутність фаз, де аксіальна симетрія порушується.

In a layered InSe compound complicated NQR spectra of 115 In are observed, resulting from structursl defects - polytypes. Multiple ratio of the average frequencies of the NQR spectra, corresponding to four resonant transitions of quadrupole nuclei with I= 9/2 spin, confirms the presence of axial symmetry of electric field gradient at In nuclei in the InSe crystal structure. However, the orientational dependence of Lhe intensity of the NQR spectra on the angle between the main crystallographic axis c and the high-frequency field vector H1 show the presence of phases where the axial symmetry is violated.
