| Abstract: | The main elements of the knowledge economy, used for smart city systems, are indicated in the article. The main structural elements of the smart city system and their components are indicated too. The actual situation with creation smart cities in Ukraine is considered. The leader of the relevant transformations is Kyiv. It is determined that the introduction of smart projects is still local, but there are already initiatives and interest in system transformations and the formation of Ukraine Smart Country. |
