Психологічні засади управлінської культури педагога

Abstract

В статті розглянуто проблему управлінської культури та її вплив на освітню діяльність педагога. Мета статті: обґрунтувати психологічні засади управлінської культури особистості та їх вплив на професійну діяльність педагога. Визначені завдання: обгрунтувати психологічні засади управлінської культури педагога та виявити структуру управлінських якостей педагога. Використані методи; науково-теоретичний аналіз лі- тературних джерел – для виявлення психологічних особливостей управлінської культури; прогностичний – з метою проектування структури управлінських якостей; узагальнення – з метою формулювання висновків. Відмічено, що реалізація компетентнісної парадигми в освіті пред'являє високі вимоги до особистісних та лідерських якостей педагога-управлінця. Схарактеризовано професійно-значимі характеристики управлін- ських якостей: концентрація і розподіл уваги, розвинена пам'ять, гнучкість і креативність мислення, високі прогностичні здібності, добре розвинена творча уява. Проаналізовано структуру управлінських якостей педа- гога: індивідуально-особистісні, організаційно-управлінські, перцептивно-лідерські, соціально-психологічні.

В статье рассмотрена проблема управленческой культуры и ее влияние на образовательную деятельность педагога. Цель статьи: обосновать психологические основы управленческой культуры личнос- ти и их влияние на профессиональную деятельность педагога. Определены задачи: обосновать психологи- ческие основы управленческой культуры педагога и выявить структуру управленческих качеств педагога. Использованные методы; научно-теоретический анализ литературных источников – для выявления психо- логических особенностей управленческой культуры; прогностический – с целью проектирования структуры управленческих качеств; обобщение – с целью формулирования выводов. Отмечено, что реализация компе- тентностной парадигмы в образовании предъявляет высокие требования к личностным и лидерским каче- ствам педагога-управленца. Охарактеризованы профессионально значимые характеристики управленческих качеств: концентрация и распределение внимания, развитая память, гибкость и креативность мышления, высокие прогностические способности, хорошо развитоу творческое воображение. Проанализирована струк- тура управленческих качеств педагога: индивидуально-личностных, организационно-управленческих, пер- цептивно-лидерских, социально-психологических.

The article deals with the problem of managerial culture and its influence on the educational activity of a teacher. The purpose of the article: to substantiate the psychological principles of the managerial culture of the person and their influence on the professional activity of the teacher. The tasks of the article: to substantiate the psychological principles of the managerial culture of the teacher and to identify the structure of the managerial qualities of the teacher. Methods used: scientific and theoretical analysis of literary sources - for revealing of psychological peculiarities of managerial culture; prognostic – with the purpose of designing the structure of managerial qualities; generalization – in order to formulate conclusions. The implementation of the competence paradigm in education imposes high requirements on the personal and leadership qualities of the teacher of the manager is noted. It is they who build a strategy for the development of an educational organization and create an emotional and psychological atmosphere in the team. Professionally significant characteristics of managerial qualities are characterized – concentration and distribution of attention, developed memory, flexibility and creativity of thinking, high predictive abilities, welldeveloped creative imagination. The structure of managerial qualities that are echoed with the professional functions of the teacher is analyzed: individual-personal (knowledge and understanding of oneself, self-confidence, active life position and aspiration for leadership, moral normality, reliability, sequence in actions, developed pedagogical Iconcept.), organizational-managerial (orientation to the future and vision of the perspective, a sense of the situation and flexibility of behavior, the ability to create a team, the ability to organize the group on the decision of the task, the ability to control the results of the joint activity, to encourage for the activities and stimulate), perceptive leadership (the ability to penetrate the internal world of a child, to understand another subject of pedagogical influence without verbal information) socio-psychological (interpersonal susceptibility, the ability to understand the needs of other people, communicative competence, the ability to create conditions for self-realization of followers, justice, ability to represent and defend the interests of the group in external instances, take responsibility for group activities). It is concluded that increasing the professionalism of managerial competence of the teacher in modern is an important condition for the success of innovative processes in education. A modern teacher needs both knowledge and skills in designing educational processes, interpersonal communication, which take into account cognitive, emotional, behavioral and motivational factors.
