| Abstract: | The presented thesis reveals the phase equilibrium in quasiternary system Tl2Se–SnSe2–Sb2Se3. It has been detected that Tl2SnSe3 and TlSbSe2 compounds have polymorphic transformation at temperatures 710K and 650K in accordance. The 4 systems on quasibinary cross sections are all eutectic type. |
