Abstract: In order to development measures of complex psychological correction parent-child interaction in families where the woman suffering from paranoid schizophrenia (PS) observed 100 families of patients with PS and 50 families of mentally healthy women (wife, husband, child). In research determined peculiarities of clinical-psychopathological symptomatic in women in the context of their impact on the child-parent interaction. Established differences of social and family functioning women with PS and their influence on the parent-child interaction. The features of emotional state and assessment of social support in husbands with wives suffering from PS investigated. In work established how the children assessed situation in families where the mother suffering from the PS. The specificity of family interaction in families of women suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, in terms of parent-child and marital components determined. Based on the data grounded and developed a complex psychocorrection system aimed on optimizing parent-child and family interaction in families of women suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. The system include five stages (stabilizing, partnership, integrative, children's and family), each of which has a specific target, aim, content, tools and psychoorrection effect. The effectiveness of this system proven by six-month study
